Description
Marketing Manager
Role Overview
As our Marketing Manager, you will be the creative and analytical engine behind our brand’s growth. You won’t just be "posting on social"; you will be designing integrated campaigns that turn strangers into customers and customers into advocates. You’ll manage our brand voice across multiple channels, analyze performance data, and work closely with the Product and Sales teams to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, paid ads, social media, and offline channels.
Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, videos, and newsletters) that resonates with our target audience.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure a consistent "look, feel, and tone" across all company touchpoints to build brand equity.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs (CAC). If a campaign isn't working, you'll be the one to pivot the strategy.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to identify new opportunities for growth.
Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, or influencers to scale our marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years in a generalist marketing role or a specific demand-generation position.
Digital Toolkit: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
Analytical Prowess: Strong experience with Google Analytics and social media ad managers (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Ads).
Writing Skills: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills; you can write a catchy headline as easily as a long-form article.
Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects at once without letting the details slip through the cracks.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
Experience in a B2B SaaS or E-commerce environment.
What We Offer
Creative Freedom: The space to test wild ideas and "fail fast" in pursuit of growth.
Professional Development: Budget for specialized marketing certifications and workshops.
Collaboration: A seat at the table where your insights directly influence the product roadmap.
