You will be responsible for translating customer needs into a prioritized roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ship impactful features that drive growth and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision: Own the product roadmap. Define the long-term vision for your product area and communicate it clearly to stakeholders.
Customer Advocacy: Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and synthesize data to deeply understand user pain points and needs.
Backlog Management: Write clear, concise User Stories and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs). Prioritize the backlog based on business value and technical effort.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead "the three-legged stool" (Product, Design, and Engineering) to ensure features are feasible, usable, and valuable.

Go-to-Market (GTM): Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure successful product launches and consistent messaging.

Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within [Insert Industry, e.g., SaaS, Fintech, E-commerce].

Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills. You can explain complex technical trade-offs to a CEO and business goals to a developer.
Agility: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, managing sprints and pivot points effectively.
Problem Solving: A proven track record of taking a vague problem space and turning it into a successful product feature.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Technical background or a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
